About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance/Shift Engineer to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel property, ensuring a positive experience for guests and team members. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Maintenance/Shift Engineer supports the hotel's operational integrity by performing various maintenance tasks and responding to service requests. This role contributes to the overall guest experience by ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and functional.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
Assist with preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address needs.
Document completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues requiring further attention.
