Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE), a subsidiary of Red Sea Global (RSG), is dedicated to providing land and marine experiences at The Red Sea destination. RSSE manages and operates various sports and recreational activities, including water sports (Galaxea), adventure sports (Akun), and general recreation (WAMA). The organization plays a central role in the partnership between Red Sea Global and the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee, aiming to create more inclusive and accessible sports and recreation experiences. Role Overview

Red Sea Global is seeking a Manager - Finance to oversee the day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and budget control for Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE) across all its brands and activities. This full-time role operates under the direction of the Cluster Manager – Finance and is responsible for ensuring accurate transaction recording and control implementation, in line with IFRS, company policies, and the Delegation of Authority (DoA). The Manager - Finance will also provide timely financial information to management to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage RSSE's daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), cash, and bank reconciliations.
Execute month-end and year-end close processes in SAP, covering accruals, Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR), vendor advances, and unbilled revenue, and submit closing files for review.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and variance analysis for RSSE and its individual brands.
Collaborate with brand and operations teams to prepare the annual budget and forecasts, submitting them for review and approval.
Monitor OPEX and CAPEX against approved budgets, escalating any overruns or unbudgeted requests.
Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), invoices, and payments against approved Purchase Orders (POs), Work Completion Certificates (WCCs), and the DoA prior to approval.
Ensure Finance reviews pricing, packages, and commercial agreements, and that they are approved under the DoA.
Prepare intercompany recharges and reconciliations with RSG entities and partners, and follow up on collections.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT/ZATCA, and internal control requirements.
Support internal and external audits, and follow up until audit findings are closed.
Prepare financial analysis, Return on Investment (ROI) assessments, and dashboards to support management decisions.
Support CAPEX tracking and maintain an accurate fixed asset register.
Supervise and develop the RSSE finance team, including Specialists and Senior Specialists.
