About the Role of Process Manager

L & T Case Equipment Private Limited is seeking a Manager Process to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring extensive experience in process design and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and approving the comprehensive treatment process design, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing, developing, and approving the overall treatment process design.
• Evaluating Employer's Requirements, Technical Specifications, Contract documents, and the Design Basis.
• Establishing and reviewing the Process Design Basis (PDB).
• Developing and reviewing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Conducting and reviewing various calculations including Mass Balance, Water Balance, Hydraulic Profile, Chemical Balance, and general Process calculations.
• Performing and reviewing equipment sizing calculations, tank sizing, pump sizing and duty calculations, membrane system calculations, chemical dosing calculations, sludge generation calculations, air requirement calculations, and energy consumption calculations.
• Defining process design criteria for each treatment unit.
• Reviewing process guarantees and performance requirements.
• Ensuring that the process design aligns with applicable standards and regulations.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of relevant experience in process design and management, particularly within the context of treatment processes. This includes a proven track record in reviewing and developing complex process designs and related documentation.

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a professional environment focused on engineering and equipment solutions, contributing to critical infrastructure projects.
