About the Masar Marketing Associate Role

Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp is seeking a Masar Marketing Associate to join their full-time Masar Development Program. This program is designed for high-potential Saudi fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in pharmaceutical marketing. The role offers a structured leadership development journey, focusing on strategic marketing, business, digital, and leadership capabilities.

Program Overview

The Masar Development Program provides a structured path for growth, combining formal learning, mentorship, cross-functional rotations, and hands-on project experience. Participants will engage in a development journey aimed at accelerating their transition from campus graduates to future marketing leaders within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured marketing development curriculum covering brand strategy, customer insights, digital marketing, and business planning.
• Support marketing teams in the development and execution of brand initiatives and campaigns.
• Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to projects and present recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Develop digital and data analytics capabilities through practical applications and coaching.
• Engage in mentoring, coaching, and leadership development activities throughout the program.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Recent graduate in Pharmacy, with no more than 12 months since graduation.
• Has not been previously enrolled in HRDF Programs.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing, innovation, and healthcare.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, curiosity, and learning agility.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.

Experience

This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, specifically recent graduates as outlined in the requirements.
