Operations Manager

About the Role

Al Futtaim Group is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure operational excellence across its store network. This full-time role focuses on adhering to company standards, maximizing commercial performance, and delivering a top-tier customer experience. The Operations Manager will lead store teams to achieve objectives related to sales, profitability, compliance, and personnel development, while also driving business growth and supporting various business initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

• Drive sales, profitability, and productivity across all stores.
• Monitor and improve key retail KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, IPC, UPT, Footfall, NPS, Shrinkage, and EBIT.
• Identify trading opportunities and implement actions to maximize revenue and margin.
• Lead business reviews and recovery plans for underperforming stores.

Operational Requirements

The role requires adherence to and enforcement of operational standards and procedures:

• Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor store compliance, audit results, health & safety requirements, and company governance standards.
• Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Ensure efficient rota planning and labor productivity management.

Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in operations management.
