Position Overview

Lucid Motors is seeking a PDR Repair Technician for a full-time role. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. The technician is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical components, adhering to electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures while delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, panels, and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
• Install electrical components such as switches, VCU, BCM, and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Test electrical systems using meters, testers, and diagnostic tools.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
• Document repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and perform on-call duties when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment.
• Trim and de-trim cars in preparation for fitting or removing electrical components.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in electrical repair and maintenance.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Work Environment

This role operates within Lucid Motors' global offices and manufacturing facilities, where design, engineering, and production are integrated in-house. The PDR Repair Technician will work as part of a team committed to maintaining high standards in vehicle electrical systems.
