About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager for the Western Region. This full-time position is crucial for driving profitable sales growth and expanding the market presence of GROHE within the designated territory. The Project Manager will be instrumental in achieving annual sales targets and increasing market share across all channels.

Strategic Objectives

The core objective of this role is to ensure the rapid development of profitable sales growth within the market, in alignment with GROHE’s mission. This includes driving an increase in market share within the sector and enhancing the geographical presence of Grohe throughout the country.

Leadership and Operational Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall delivery of country results and provide leadership within the organization.
• Act as a key contributor to strategic planning for channel development.
• Deliver the Sales Mission and the Project Channel Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, ensuring local implementation fully complies with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.

Project Management and Market Engagement

• Manage projects by writing and maintaining project specifications within the GROHE project system.
• Identify key channels and targets within the region for project business.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects across the country.
• Develop and maintain a database of all key project contacts in the region, preparing reports for senior management as required.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess over 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in project management and sales.
