About the Role

Futurelink HR Consultancy is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience, specifically in quality management within large-scale power plant construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing quality management processes during large-scale power plant construction.
• Managing quality aspects related to equipment installation, welding, and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) techniques.
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with EPC contractors and owners at both technical and managerial levels.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quality management, specifically within large-scale power plant construction projects.
• Demonstrated familiarity with Middle Eastern quality management systems.
• Proven experience in managing quality aspects of equipment installation, welding, and NDE techniques.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with EPC contractors and owners.
• Ability to operate at both technical and managerial levels within a project environment.
