Role Summary: Restaurant Supervisor - Saudi National

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring cohesive team performance to deliver optimal guest service and meet operational needs. This full-time role involves overseeing staff presentation, managing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining operational standards within the restaurant environment. The position requires a Saudi National with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure staff collaboration for optimum service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Inspect staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies.
Execute opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing premises.
Inspect storage areas for organization, adherence to FIFO principles, and cleanliness.
Complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.
Submit work orders for maintenance repairs.
Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
Serve as a role model and initial point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
Adhere to all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; and complete required safety training and certifications.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
Communicate professionally and clearly with others.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement improvements for organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Physical Requirements

Read and visually verify information in various formats.
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
