About the Role

Saudi Binladin Group is seeking a Risk Manager to join their team in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for identifying, assessing, and managing project risks to ensure successful project delivery. The position requires a practical approach to risk management, supported by strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Role Overview

The Risk Manager will be responsible for overseeing risk management processes within projects. This involves proactive identification and assessment of potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring these strategies are implemented effectively. The role supports project planning and decision-making by providing critical risk insights and maintaining compliance with established risk management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and continuously monitor potential project risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers and detailed mitigation plans.
• Coordinate closely with project teams to identify and effectively address risks.
• Monitor the progress of risk mitigation actions and follow up on their implementation.
• Prepare regular risk reports and provide updates to management.
• Support project planning and decision-making processes through thorough risk assessments.
• Ensure strict compliance with company risk management procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in construction or project management, including practical experience in risk management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, mitigation plan development, and maintaining risk registers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.
