Sales Engineer

About the Role

SRG is seeking a Sales Engineer to enhance its presence in the Oil & Gas manufacturing market. This full-time role focuses on driving technical sales and business development within the Oil & Gas sector for Napesco. It requires a combination of technical expertise and commercial understanding, involving close collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client specifications and company profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and client relationships within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Analyze client inquiries, technical specifications, and engineering drawings to ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
• Prepare, review, and submit detailed technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal design, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure product feasibility.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for client engineers and procurement managers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and project milestones in line with company policies.
• Monitor job progress through the manufacturing plant to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Provide post-delivery technical assistance, gather client feedback, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new technology developments in the Oil & Gas manufacturing sector.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, submit regular progress reports, and achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the Oil & Gas manufacturing market.
