About the Role

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, effectively marketing products, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to maintaining efficient store operations and inventory management to ensure consistent product availability that meets customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets by aligning with the budgeted product mix across brands, categories, and SKUs to drive revenue growth.
• Deliver customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Follow standardized sales processes and maintain CRM systems, providing data-driven insights for operational consistency and performance improvement.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance regularly to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for enhancement in sales efforts.
• Manage inventory control procedures, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and tracking delivery and installation performance.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and attractive visual merchandising to provide a welcoming shopping environment.
• Provide on-the-job training to team members to build capability, improve product knowledge, and ensure consistent service delivery.
