About the Role

PE Global is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist for a leading Saudi Arabian healthcare organisation located in the Eastern region. This full-time role involves leading the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies, with a focus on strategic planning, media relations, and consistent messaging across all channels. The specialist will also contribute to reputation management, digital content optimisation, and provide guidance to junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies and plans for specific projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Support leadership in aligning communication plans with departmental objectives and wider organisational priorities.
• Contribute to crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
• Execute internal and external communication plans, including content creation, media relations, and public relations activities.
• Oversee the development of high-quality communication materials for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to SEO best practices.
• Ensure digital content is optimised for search engine visibility, supporting the organisation's online presence and engagement.
• Monitor and report on the performance of communication initiatives, recommending improvements to enhance effectiveness.
• Mentor junior communications professionals and provide guidance on the delivery of communication activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in communications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
• Experience in media relations, public relations, and digital content optimisation.
• Proficiency in ensuring consistent messaging across various communication channels.
• Experience in reputation management and crisis communication is beneficial.
