About the Role

Sohola is seeking a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with extensive experience in the Saudi Arabian market. This full-time role focuses on enhancing conversion performance across client websites, landing pages, e-commerce platforms, and digital funnels. The specialist will analyze user behavior, identify conversion barriers, and lead structured experimentation programs to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead CRO strategies for various client digital assets.
• Analyze user behavior, website performance, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
• Build and manage A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps.
• Formulate hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data.
• Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and usability tests.
• Analyze test results and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Optimize landing pages for paid media campaigns to improve conversion rates, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Improve e-commerce funnels, including product pages, category pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase journeys.
• Identify friction points and usability issues across customer journeys using heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral analytics.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance page structure, messaging, layouts, CTAs, and forms.
• Work with developers to ensure correct implementation of CRO recommendations and experiments.
• Partner with Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Creative, and Account Management teams to align CRO initiatives with client objectives.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking, events, funnels, and measurement frameworks.
• Develop CRO dashboards and report performance, findings, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Present CRO strategies, experiment results, and optimization recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Stay updated on digital behavior, e-commerce trends, and conversion best practices within the Saudi market.

Key Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured through metrics such as Conversion Rate, Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Lead Quality, Revenue per Visitor, Checkout Completion Rate, Form Completion Rate, Landing Page Conversion Rate, A/B Testing Win Rate, Experiment Velocity, ROAS Improvement, Funnel Drop-off Reduction, and Revenue Growth Generated Through CRO Initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities combined with a solid understanding of UX/UI, performance marketing, user behavior, and experimentation. This individual relies on data, user behavior insights, and continuous testing to optimize digital experiences and improve performance. The role requires comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing diverse client industries, and clearly demonstrating the measurable business impact of CRO initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to develop data-driven hypotheses and lead experimentation programs.
