The Role of Senior Inspections Specialist

As a Senior Inspections Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining inspection quality across MEP works and supporting successful project delivery. This position involves working closely with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure installations are properly reviewed, issues are identified early, and corrective actions are followed through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee MEP inspection activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Review inspection reports and accurately document non-conformance items.
Monitor site progress and verify that MEP installations meet approved standards.
Collaborate with project teams to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with contractors to resolve inspection findings and quality issues.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in inspections or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with project specifications and technical standards.
Experience in reviewing inspection reports and documenting non-conformance items.
