Qiddiya Investment Company is developing a landmark destination in the Kingdom, focused on entertainment, culture, and hospitality. The Hospitality Business Unit is responsible for a portfolio of hotel assets central to this vision. We are seeking a Senior Manager - FF&E + OS&E to provide functional leadership and strategic oversight for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) across the hospitality portfolio. This full-time role involves establishing standards, strategies, and governance to ensure successful portfolio delivery, integrated operational alignment, budget management, program coordination, and lifecycle planning.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Manager will ensure the execution of design into distinctive, high-quality guest experiences that align with Qiddiya’s vision. This involves overseeing FF&E and OS&E activities from design and budgeting through to operational readiness, including sequencing, logistics, quality assurance, and validation. The role requires providing functional direction on hospitality development integration requirements, ensuring alignment of operational priorities, implementation considerations, and coordinated execution across complex hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee FF&E and OS&E cross-functional delivery planning, from design and budget to operational readiness, including sequencing, logistics, quality assurance, and readiness validation.
• Provide FF&E and OS&E functional direction on hospitality development integration requirements, ensuring alignment of operational priorities and coordinated execution.
• Lead the development, standardization, and continuous refinement of FF&E and OS&E operational frameworks, methodologies, and delivery approaches.
• Manage functional interfaces and cross-disciplinary coordination to support effective communication and integrated decision-making among stakeholders.
• Guide FF&E and OS&E operational enhancement initiatives, capability development, and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Oversee FF&E and OS&E operational quality, delivery performance, and implementation effectiveness.
• Lead end-to-end FF&E and OS&E lifecycle oversight, including planning, budgeting, sourcing, logistics, installation, asset tagging, and handover.
• Oversee review and coordination of FF&E and OS&E design specifications, value engineering activities, and material selections.
• Lead strategic procurement activities, including supplier engagement, tender support, evaluation processes, and production oversight.
• Lead strategic logistics planning, warehousing, customs coordination, and implementation activities.
• Oversee alignment with operator requirements, brand standards, and asset management priorities through reviews, mock-ups, and handover activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to interpret complex information and analysis to guide functional strategy and inform decision-making.
• Capability to lead end-to-end FF&E and OS&E activities within hospitality development, aligning budget, program, operational functionality, guest experience, and readiness requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality FF&E and OS&E specifications, material selection, lifecycle costing principles, mock-up and prototype coordination, and operational suitability.
• Strong strategic procurement mindset, including defining sourcing and logistics approaches, anticipating market dynamics, and optimizing value.
• Expertise in managing complex stakeholder environments and coordinating across various internal and external partners.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, structured presentations and communicate strategies, status, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and governance forums.
