About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Senior Manager - Sales to join its team. This full-time role involves generating and managing group sales, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring the delivery of memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the hotel to prospective clients, serving as the main contact for group rooms, meeting space, and food and beverage services.
Drive new business by responding to inquiries, initiating outreach, qualifying leads, and soliciting potential clients through proactive sales efforts.
Manage the full sales cycle, including conducting site visits, client entertainment, proposal preparation, rate determination, contract negotiation, and account servicing.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue and room night goals, adjusting based on performance and market conditions.
Analyze sales performance, evaluate lost business reports, and identify opportunities to strengthen conversion and competitiveness.
Collaborate across departments to coordinate the fulfillment of contracted services and uphold high standards of client satisfaction.
Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
