Role Overview

Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Personal Loans to lead the development of its consumer lending business in Saudi Arabia. While Tabby is known for its Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services, credit is a rapidly expanding sector for the company. This full-time role requires 3-5 years of experience and is based in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for building the personal loans business from the ground up and will own its Profit & Loss (P&L). This position is not feature-focused; it involves defining the product, its pricing, eligibility criteria, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Define the lending products to be launched in KSA and other Tabby markets, including eligibility, tenors, limits, repayment structures, and managing all aspects of the product flow.
Manage the P&L for the personal loans business, encompassing revenue and cost, profit rates, and pricing strategies. This includes building business cases, committing to financial targets, and providing monthly performance explanations.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Develop and specify billing and servicing logic, including repayment options, early settlement processes, late fees, and collection hand-offs. This involves detailed collaboration with engineering to define system functionalities.
Formulate the strategic direction for the personal loans business over 12 and 24 months, identifying target segments, future product developments, and areas to deliberately exclude.

Required Experience

3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage a product's P&L.
Experience in defining product constructs, pricing, and compliance within a lending context.
