About Qiddiya Investment Company and the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Senior Specialist, SuccessFactors Employee Central to join its team. This full-time position is central to managing and optimizing the SuccessFactors Employee Central platform, ensuring its effective operation and integration within the company's HR ecosystem.

Role Purpose

The Senior Specialist will play a crucial role in providing expert solutions and support for SuccessFactors Employee Central. This involves addressing complex scenarios, developing workarounds for non-standard issues, and contributing to the strategic design and execution of HR technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess a strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S4H.
• Provide achievable solutions for complex scenarios and develop effective workarounds for situations lacking standard solutions.
• Support the design and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions and managing client expectations.
• Demonstrate experience in handling large-scale projects, encompassing single or multiple products within complex technical environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
