The Role of Senior Superintendent

Worley is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in leading and supervising site construction activities. The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project execution, coordinating various site operations, and maintaining compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
• Coordinate daily work activities between contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and project HSE requirements at all times.
• Resolve construction issues and coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and Client representatives.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and safety reviews.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion and handover to the client.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise construction activities effectively.
• Experience in coordinating various project stakeholders, including contractors and client representatives.
• Proficiency in monitoring project schedules and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements, particularly those relevant to Saudi Aramco.
