The Role of Senior Superintendent

WorleyParsons is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead and supervise all site construction activities. This full-time position is critical for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project execution, requiring over 10 years of experience in a relevant field. The role involves coordinating various aspects of construction, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
• Coordinate daily work activities between contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and project HSE requirements at all times.
• Resolve construction issues and coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and Client representatives.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and safety reviews.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion and handover to the client.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise construction teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of project schedules, progress monitoring, and corrective action implementation.
• Proficiency in ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, specifically those of Saudi Aramco and project-specific standards.
• Experience in resolving construction issues and coordinating with various project stakeholders, including engineering, QA/QC, planning, and client representatives.
• Skills in managing resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity.
