About the Role

SLB is seeking a Slickline Field Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of slickline services to customers. The role focuses on operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and submitted on schedule.
Execute service delivery operations effectively.
Participate in job risk analysis and contribute to continual improvement programs.
Develop and maintain customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the implementation of CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
Engage in Service Quality Meetings with customers and drive performance improvements using action plans.
Participate actively in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives.
Adhere to all HSE policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain all required safety training certifications.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Slickline Field Specialist position should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience. This role is suitable for individuals looking to develop their expertise in slickline operations within a structured environment.
