About the Role

Ghanem is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to join their team. This full-time role involves combining creative writing, filming, and video editing skills with a strong understanding of social media dynamics and current trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming ideas into engaging video content that effectively captures attention and communicates messages clearly across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Film Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other social content using a smartphone.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos ready for publication.
• Stay updated with social media trends and propose ideas that align with Ghanem’s brand.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute the monthly content plan.
• Improve and optimize content based on performance and engagement metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation or video production is required.
• Candidates should provide a portfolio or examples of previous content work.
• Experience creating UGC (User-Generated Content) or face-led content.
• A strong presence and personality that adds value to the content.

Desired Attributes

• Comfortable appearing on camera and contributing to on-camera content.
