Role Summary

The Spa Receptionist, a Saudi National, plays a key role in supporting various Spa functions. This full-time position involves creating a memorable and unique experience for guests through spa services. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for delivering a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction, from promoting spa services and retail to managing reservations and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail products to guests.
• Scheduling and confirming spa reservations and appointments.
• Providing information and answering guest inquiries about spa services.
• Checking in guests and processing payments accurately.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and communication style.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role requires maintaining a safe workplace and upholding professional standards in appearance and communication. The Spa Receptionist will be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over various surfaces. The position involves managing reservation software, which requires reading and visual verification of information. Physical duties include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping.
