About Red Sea Global and Corallium

Red Sea Global (RSG) is developing Corallium, a new attraction at Amaala’s Triple Bay. Corallium aims to provide visitor experiences focused on marine education, environmental regeneration, and immersive storytelling. It operates with the goal of setting a global standard in ocean experience and stewardship, aligning with RSG’s vision for responsible tourism, sustainability, and regeneration.

Role Overview

The Specialist - Retail will deliver retail experiences by assisting guests in a professional manner, reflecting the attraction's values. This full-time role involves processing point-of-sale transactions, offering product recommendations, and supporting the cross-promotion of Corallium's activities to enhance guest experience and drive revenue. This position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, adhering to attraction service standards.
Assist guests with product inquiries, providing accurate information to aid purchasing decisions.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including various payment methods.
Actively cross-sell and upsell retail products to maximize sales opportunities.
Promote and cross-sell the attraction's wider activities and offerings to encourage guest participation and increase revenue.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space, ensuring products are displayed correctly and shelves are stocked.
Monitor and replenish stock levels, reporting low inventory to the supervisor promptly.
Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
Adhere to all cash handling procedures and ensure till accuracy at the beginning and end of each shift.
Participate in stock counts, audits, and inventory checks as required.
Comply with all health, safety, and operational policies and procedures.

Experience and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Demonstrated ability to process accurate point-of-sale transactions.
Experience in providing product recommendations and supporting sales initiatives.

Work Environment

This role is part of a team committed to excellence, innovation, and impact, contributing to Corallium's mission of ocean stewardship. The position is full-time within Red Sea Global's Corallium attraction.
