The Role of Speech Language Pathologist

The Dr. Salwa Assiri Center For Special Education Support Services and Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders for both children and adults with special needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adults with special needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
Provide direct therapy sessions using evidence-based methods.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other rehabilitation professionals to support functional communication and swallowing safety.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
Contribute to interdisciplinary case discussions.
Participate in ongoing professional development and program improvement initiatives.

Work Environment
