Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Sr Quantity Surveyor Road to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for the successful delivery of road and infrastructure projects, focusing on expert quantity surveying management and oversight.

Role Overview

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee and manage all quantity surveying aspects for assigned road and infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining the highest standards of quality, and achieving client satisfaction within PMC project frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors, providing essential guidance and support.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities (BoQ), and tender documents specifically for road projects.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide accurate cost forecasts to support project planning.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring full compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Monitor and control project costs, proactively identifying potential cost overruns and implementing effective cost-saving measures.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports, highlighting key milestones and current project status.
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any cost-related issues promptly.
• Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and all contract conditions.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on cost-effective solutions for road infrastructure developments.
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record in road and infrastructure projects. The role demands strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of project cost management.

Assignment Duration and Work Type

This is a full-time assignment with an expected duration until the end of 2026. There is a possibility of extension based on project requirements and individual performance. The position is based in Saudi Arabia.
