About the Role

Nestlé Waters KSA is seeking a Storekeeper to manage all warehouse activities in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate inventory management.

Position Summary

The Storekeeper is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, stock monitoring, managing quality status and issues, and documenting all warehouse transactions. This role ensures compliance with material handling processes and maintains accurate records within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of material handling processes through checking and verification of documents and conditions of newly received materials at the warehouse.
• Coordinate new receiving materials with stakeholders daily via a database to track raw materials in the warehouse and in the ERP system against receiving orders.
• Record all raw materials in the ERP system, tag them with barcodes for scanning, and arrange materials in the warehouse.
• Ensure all raw material quantities demanded by the production department are managed using inventory management systems (*, FIFO, LIFO, PAR LEVELS, Average cost) as per issuance orders in the ERP system.
• Inspect the warehouse, raw materials, and equipment regularly to ensure sufficient storage space and that all materials meet Nestlé standard conditions.
• Verify raw material quantities monthly using inventory control management to assess stock balance status in the warehouse and compare it with the balance in the ERP system.
• Adhere to Nestlé SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) rules and procedures during working hours to ensure personal and others' safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and stock monitoring.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management techniques (FIFO, LIFO, etc.).
• Ability to document warehouse transactions accurately.
