About the Role

L & T Case Equipment Private Limited is seeking a Supply and Procurement Manager to join their team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies to support organizational objectives, specifically focusing on water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure materials, equipment, and services essential for water and wastewater projects.
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including Requests for Quotation (RFQs), tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, Purchase Order (PO) issuance, and contract management.
Identify and qualify suppliers for critical components such as pumps, valves, pipes, fittings, instrumentation, chemical dosing systems, filtration systems, membranes, and various electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials to maintain project schedules.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Evaluate supplier performance based on established criteria including quality, delivery, cost, and service.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and contractual agreements.
Develop supplier performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct periodic reviews.
Resolve supplier disputes and contractual issues effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess over 10 years of relevant experience in supply and procurement.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
Proven experience in managing complex procurement cycles from RFQ to contract management.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, contributing to critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role requires a proactive approach to procurement and supply chain management within a dynamic project-driven environment.
