Role Summary

The Tailor is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel environment, contributing to a memorable guest experience. This full-time role involves a range of housekeeping functions, ensuring that all spaces within the hotel meet established quality standards. The individual will be empowered to address guest requests and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Respond to and fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock and organize carts with necessary supplies.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and quality standards in all aspects of work.
• Adhere to the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves physical activity. Associates will be on their feet and moving around for extended periods, which may include standing, sitting, or walking. The position also requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. A professional appearance and communication style are expected at all times.
