About Camelab

Camelab is seeking a Telesales Specialist to join its team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on client engagement across the GCC region.

Role Summary

The Telesales Specialist is responsible for engaging both prospective and existing clients throughout the GCC region. This involves utilizing phone and various digital communication channels to present Camelab’s UGC services, explain value propositions, and detail pricing structures. The role requires a results-oriented approach and professional communication while working independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries from clients.
Presenting Camelab’s UGC services and clearly explaining value propositions and pricing.
Qualifying leads and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
Following up on prospects and closing deals to meet established sales targets.
Maintaining accurate records within CRM tools.
Collaborating with marketing and operations teams.
Providing ongoing customer support to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
