About the Role

Pepsico is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager - Beverages KSA to lead the trade marketing agenda for its Beverages business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as a central interface between PepsiCo Marketing, Franchise teams, and the bottlers’ Trade Marketing organizations. The manager will be responsible for translating brand and commercial strategies into effective in-market execution, ensuring optimal allocation and governance of trade investments across various channels to drive sustainable volume, share, and profitability growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of annual and quarterly Trade Marketing strategies for KSA Beverages.
Translate category and brand priorities into channel-specific activation plans (*, Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Away From Home, e-Commerce).
Build and deploy the trade marketing calendar, including key seasons, product launches, and promotions.
Drive channel planning as part of Joint Business Planning with bottlers.
Act as the primary liaison between PepsiCo and bottlers’ Trade Marketing teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, activation frameworks, and execution standards.
Lead regular forums with bottlers to track performance and align actions.
Serve as a key interface between PepsiCo Marketing, Franchise teams, Channel teams, and Bottlers' teams to ensure strong alignment between consumer campaigns and in-store activation.
Manage trade spend planning, tracking, and prioritization by channel, establishing frameworks for effective and efficient allocation of trade investments.
Monitor ROI of activations and continuously reallocate funds to opportunities with the highest return.
Lead the execution of BTL activations and customer programs, ensuring best-in-class execution across channels, including store visibility, promotions, and innovation launches.
Develop and deploy channel playbooks and activation toolkits.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as volume, share, distribution, and activation effectiveness.
Leverage internal and external insights to refine plans and identify growth opportunities.
Establish dashboards and feedback loops across stakeholders and bottlers.
Lead trade readiness and execution of innovation (NPD) launches across channels.
Identify and scale winning activation ideas across channels and geographies.
Contribute to mid- and long-term growth planning cycles.

Qualifications and Experience

7–10+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Sales.
Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics and beverage channels.
Proven experience working in a franchise or multi-bottler environment (preferred).
Strong financial acumen with experience managing trade budgets and investments.
