About the Role

Progressive Global Energy Limited is seeking an experienced Wireline Crew Chief - Open Hole Logging to lead critical open hole logging operations. This full-time position involves overseeing complex drilling and reservoir evaluation projects, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of wireline services. The role requires strong operational leadership in the field, maintaining high standards of service quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise wireline crews during field operations.
Execute open hole logging programs in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
Ensure the safe execution of Quad Combo logging, pressure testing, and sampling operations.
Coordinate personnel, equipment, and logistics for wireline jobs.
Monitor operational performance and provide technical guidance to crew members.
Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and readiness of wireline equipment.
Conduct pre-job risk assessments and safety meetings.
Maintain service quality, operational integrity, and data reliability.
Prepare operational reports and communicate project updates to management.
Mentor and develop junior engineers and crew members.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 8 years of wireline experience.
Extensive hands-on experience in open hole logging.
Proven experience leading wireline field crews.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
Excellent HSE awareness and commitment.

Work Environment

This role operates in a field-based environment, leading crews during critical formation evaluation activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations that require adherence to stringent safety protocols and high standards of technical execution.
