About the Role

Progressive Global Energy Limited is seeking an experienced Wireline Engineer - Open Hole Logging to support onshore and offshore well evaluation projects. This full-time role requires a strong background in open hole logging operations, with 5-10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of advanced wireline logging services.

Role Context and Objectives

The Wireline Engineer will ensure compliance with company, client, and industry safety standards throughout all operations. The position involves extensive experience in formation evaluation, pressure testing, and fluid sampling within challenging drilling and reservoir environments, contributing to critical well evaluation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Execute open hole wireline logging operations safely and efficiently.
Plan and conduct Quad Combo logging programs.
Perform formation pressure testing and fluid sampling operations.
Ensure accurate acquisition and quality control of logging data.
Support pre-job planning, tool preparation, and post-job reporting.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Collaborate with drilling, geology, petrophysics, and reservoir teams.
Maintain compliance with HSE policies and operational procedures.
Participate in equipment maintenance, testing, and calibration activities.
Prepare detailed operational and technical reports.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience as a Wireline Engineer, with a strong background in open hole logging operations.
Demonstrated experience in formation evaluation, pressure testing, and fluid sampling.
Proven ability to work independently in remote and challenging operating environments.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of wireline data acquisition and quality assurance processes.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Proven problem-solving skills to address operational issues efficiently.
