At CAFFEINE LAB COFFEE ROASTERS, we are passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences. We are looking for an engaging and courteous barista who shares our love for food and beverage preparation and education.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and provide information about specials or new items
  • Answer questions, take orders and accept payments
  • Prepare foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and brew coffee and tea
  • Package food and beverages for sale
  • Sell coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and dining areas
  • Learn about brewing methods and food presentation techniques
  • Update signage and displays to attract customers
  • Take inventory and replenish display items
  • Work as part of a high-energy team
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and quality controls

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
  • Willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
