Role Summary:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will oversee a team of sales staff, manage sales and distribution activities to achieve key performance indicators, and ensure alignment with sales and distribution policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting sales targets and motivate staff to meet them.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Ensure effective execution of the company’s replenishment program.
• Manage relationships with key accounts and wholesalers.
• Optimize daily journey planning for sales staff.
• Ensure proper shelf life of products and control wastage.
• Implement credit management policies for timely payments.
• Conduct training sessions for new and current staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of sales teams and assets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with 2 years in FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Good command of English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Open to travel for long distances.

Skills: Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
