Welcoming guests upon their arrival at the hotel and providing an excellent first impression.


Completing the check-in process quickly and accurately.


Completing the check-out process and facilitating the guest's departure.


Responding to guests' inquiries either in person, over the phone, or via email.


Coordinating and confirming reservations using the PMS (Property Management System).


Delivering rooms and directing guests with essential information about the hotel and available services.



🧾 Administrative Tasks


Processing payments and invoices, managing financial records for guests.


Preparing daily reports related to occupancy rates and sales.


Ensuring the accuracy of guest data and recording it in the system.


Communicating with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance as needed.



📞 Customer Service


Responding to complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.


Providing information about tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation.


Caring for special guest requests and fulfilling them or forwarding them to the appropriate department.



🔐 Security and Safety Tasks


Verifying guest identities upon check-in.


Monitoring entry and exit in the front area.


Acting in emergency situations according to hotel policies.



💡 Skills Required for Reception Staff


Excellent communication skills.


Proficiency in using computers and the PMS hotel management system.


Good appearance and high etiquette.


Ability to work under pressure.
