Key Responsibilities:

• Influence HCP attitudes and behaviors through regular visits to hospitals, health clinics, and private hospitals.
• Establish strong scientific relationships with HCPs and position our Healthcare Nutrition solutions as their preferred choice.
• Deliver accurate information and engage HCPs with clinical studies that support our products.
• Conduct seminars and education activities to promote nutrition knowledge.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, or Dietitian.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Officer to join our team in the retail sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all warehouse and store operations comply with safety and quality standards while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor warehouse and store operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Inspect products and materials for defects, deviations, or compliance issues.
• Document and address non-conformances in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support process improvements to enhance quality and safety practices.
• Prepare quality and performance reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and activities.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience in warehouse, retail, or distribution; QC or safety experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) and warehouse documentation.
• Experience with WMS and handheld/RF scanners.
• Basic Excel and reporting skills.
• High school diploma or higher.

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Medical Science (Laboratory Section).
• At least 2 years of practical experience post-graduation.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Office & Health Information Systems.
