The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in achieving and managing sales targets for new and used units while maximizing the sales of finance and insurance products. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and NPS standards throughout the customer journey in the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly unit sale targets through a structured sales process.
• Meet trade-in targets and handle successful trade-in deals.
• Achieve Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets.
• Engage customers and promote effective referrals to enhance overall customer experience.
• Capture comprehensive customer data accurately in the DMS.
• Complete mandatory training and maintain knowledge of competitive activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years of sales experience within the automotive industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• A valid Saudi Arabia driver's license.

• Monitor and patrol hospital premises to ensure safety and security of patients, staff, and property.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and safety hazards.
• Enforce hospital safety, security, and access protocols.
• Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating safety and security procedures.
• Conduct safety and security inspections and report any violations or hazards.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and internal departments during incidents.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of security activities, incidents, and preventive measures.
• Provide guidance and support to staff and visitors regarding safety and security protocols.
• Participate in training and drills for emergency preparedness and response.

• Bachelor; diploma or certification in Security, Safety, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in security, safety, or emergency management, preferably within healthcare or hospital settings.
• Knowledge of security operations, safety regulations, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to assess risks, respond to incidents, and implement preventive measures.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and safety equipment.

• Policy & Procedure Development: Establish and update occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with relevant local and international laws and regulations.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments of facilities, practices, and procedures to identify hazards and recommend effective corrective and preventive measures.
• Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver safety training programs and awareness initiatives covering workplace safety, emergency response, and safe equipment usage.
• Inspection & Auditing: Perform periodic inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards, and verify the safety of equipment and facilities.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents and near-miss incidents, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Emergency Management: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure continuous compliance with all applicable occupational health and safety regulations, standards, and requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and present periodic safety reports, including risk findings, incident analysis, and performance KPIs, to management.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of safety inspections, training sessions, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Maintenance Oversight: Monitor the maintenance and functionality of safety systems and equipment, such as fire protection and gas systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of national and international health and safety standards and governmental regulations.
• Ability to identify hazardous materials and chemicals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in critical situations.
• Good analytical and observational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to develop analytical reports and safety documentation.
