We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure seamless processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leaders to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system controls.
- Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, service level, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage labor planning, shift scheduling, and warehouse budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, customer service, and IT teams to support supply chain objectives.
- Oversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and WMS.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of warehouse or distribution operations experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, labor planning, and operational budgets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
