We are looking for a professional receptionist to join the team, where they will be responsible for welcoming visitors and clients and directing them, answering phone calls and transferring them to the relevant departments, and managing appointments and reservations. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with the public with courtesy and professionalism, in addition to proficiency in using basic computer systems and office management software. The ideal candidate should possess patience and flexibility in work, the ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks efficiently, and most importantly, knowledge of handling reservation programs such as booking and Jatheran and others.
