As a key player in our technical team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of electrical products including TVs, vacuum cleaners, microwaves, blenders, and more. Your expertise will support our operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair defective electrical products according to established guidelines.
  • Assist in the repair of various electrical devices, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Maintain control over spare parts consumption and order necessary parts as required.
  • Keep the system updated with daily work logs and charge estimates for out-of-warranty items.
  • Prepare technical reports for defective items for review by Senior Electrical Technician.
  • Implement standard operating procedures to uphold service quality and achieve KPIs.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Diploma in electronics or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in electronics repair, preferably in authorized service centers.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player.
  • Customer-oriented with high ownership of workspace.
  • Proficient in repairing a wide range of electronic products including high-end models.
