Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling, product demonstrations, and consultative conversations.
- Greet customers, identify needs, present product features, and maximize conversion.
- Manage in-store merchandising to ensure attractive displays.
- Conduct outbound sales and field visits to develop new customer relationships.
- Process sales transactions accurately and follow company procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to identify upsell opportunities.
- Record customer interactions and sales activity in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with various teams to coordinate stock levels and events.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or retail is a plus.
- 1+ years of retail or field sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong customer service orientation are encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic numeracy and comfort with cash handling and POS systems.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
- Fluency in Arabic and good English preferred.
