Primary Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling, product demonstrations, and consultative conversations.
  • Greet customers, identify needs, present product features, and maximize conversion.
  • Manage in-store merchandising to ensure attractive displays.
  • Conduct outbound sales and field visits to develop new customer relationships.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and follow company procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Record customer interactions and sales activity in the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with various teams to coordinate stock levels and events.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or retail is a plus.
  • 1+ years of retail or field sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong customer service orientation are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic numeracy and comfort with cash handling and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good English preferred.
