In this crucial role, you will lead and manage medical approvals, insurance claims, and billing processes in collaboration with insurance companies and corporate sales accounts. Your contribution will help minimize rejections and ensure timely payments, which directly impacts the profitability of our polyclinic services.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Environment:
Indoors: 1006 working days, 1 day off, 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break.
Education and Experience:
Preferred High School Diploma (University Graduate is a plus), with at least 2 years' experience in Medical Insurance.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

- Work on obtaining instant approvals for insurance guests, analyzing daily data to enhance claiming processes and operations.
- Review and verify insurance claims and associated data.
- Ensure reports match with insurance company systems such as Tawuniya, DHS, and Bupa.
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance providers regarding claim rejections.
- Review patient records using medical coding procedures.
- Examine claims, verify insurance eligibility, and record medical charges and payments.
- Assist patients in understanding their medical benefits.
- Maintain internal databases for organization of patient records and billing details.
- Collaborate with various departments on medical insurance claims.
