Join our team as a Sales Supervisor!
In this role, you will manage a team of salesmen and supervise sales and distribution activities. Your leadership will ensure that our sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Assist in setting sales targets and motivate the staff to meet them within operational parameters.
  • Market Insights: Gather information on sales channels and competitor activities, collaborating with management for appropriate actions.
  • Replenishment Execution: Ensure all staff are trained in the Replenishment program to maintain product availability and quality.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain good business relations with Modern Trade and Wholesale customers in the area.
  • Journey Planning: Optimize daily route planning for salesmen to maximize productivity.
  • Product Monitoring: Oversee the shelf life of products ensuring no expired goods are displayed.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Organize sales to new clients according to sales plans to boost growth.
  • Credit Management: Implement company credit policy ensuring timely payments.
  • People Management: Train new and current staff to align with HR policies and sales goals.
  • Administration: Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in line with company policies.
  • Daily Endorsements: Lead effective endorsements with salesmen reviewing performance and identifying opportunities.
  • Professional Appearance: Ensure a clean and professional appearance for company vehicles and staff.

Job Requirements:
  • Educational Level: Minimum high school diploma; vocational degree in business, marketing, or finance preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Van Sales or 2 years in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, people management experience, and proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Other Requirements: Minimum age of 22 years, physically fit, and computer literate.
