- Greeting customers and responding to their inquiries about products and services.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and promotions.
- Handling customer complaints with empathy and tact to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, and displays.
- Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions.
- Achieving sales goals and increasing in-store sales through cross-selling and effective customer interaction.
- Providing outstanding customer service and directing customers to merchandise.
Requirements:
- Must be a student with a professional appearance.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction.
