Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize appointments and meetings for the Board of Directors.
- Handle administrative correspondence and ensure effective internal communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.
- Follow up on emails and respond to important correspondence.
- Organize travel and logistics for the Board of Directors.
- Perform other office tasks such as answering calls and organizing files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in executive secretarial or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multitask.
