Join Alyaseen Agri as an Executive Secretary!
We are looking for a skilled executive secretary to manage our office in Al Ahsa. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operations of our administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize appointments and meetings for the Board of Directors.
  • Handle administrative correspondence and ensure effective internal communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.
  • Follow up on emails and respond to important correspondence.
  • Organize travel and logistics for the Board of Directors.
  • Perform other office tasks such as answering calls and organizing files.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in executive secretarial or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multitask.
