About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a highly motivated Telecommunications Engineer Fresh Graduate to join our team. This is a contract position based in Al Hafuf, Eastern region, requiring 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidate will support the design, integration, and execution of critical communication systems for major Oil and Gas facilities in Jafurah.

Role Overview

In this role, the Telecommunications Engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, applying foundational engineering knowledge to real-world industrial challenges. The position involves supporting projects from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) through to final execution, ensuring telecommunication engineering requirements are met safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project phases from FEED through execution, ensuring telecommunication engineering requirements are safely and accurately met.
• Assist in the design and reliable integration of vital telecom systems, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and industrial control systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure telecommunication systems align with overall facility operations and project goals.
• Apply core telecommunication engineering principles to optimize network design, signal transmission, and communication protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Academic, project, or internship experience related to the design of communication systems, specifically for Oil and Gas facilities.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication engineering principles, including network design, signal transmission, and communication protocols.
