About the Role

Penspen is seeking a Project Engineer (Offshore) to join their team in Al Khafji, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is part of the PMS project and requires an Electrical & Communication background with PMC experience. The role focuses on contract administration, coordination, and project support activities within offshore oil & gas projects.

Reporting Structure and Collaboration

The Project Engineer will report to the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer as appropriate. This role involves liaison with various design and construction disciplines throughout the Tendering, Design, and Construction Stages of projects. Specific duties will be delegated by the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering contracts for offshore oil & gas projects.
• Coordinating project activities across various disciplines.
• Providing essential project support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaising with design and construction teams during tendering, design, and construction phases.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in an appropriate field.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination, and project support activities for offshore projects.
• Proficiency in all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel.

Beneficial Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and procedures/practices.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia, within the Eastern Region. The role is integral to Penspen's PMS project, operating within the oil & gas sector.
