About the Role

Adidas Group is seeking a Store Keeper - Talent Pool to join their team in Hafr Al Batin, Al Khafji, or Al Jubail, with potential opportunities in Riyadh. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on maintaining efficient store operations and contributing to sales targets.

Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to contribute directly to achieving or exceeding the store's sales and profit targets. The Store Keeper will play a key role in ensuring smooth product flow and an organized stockroom, which are critical for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective and organized stockroom area.
• Execute store operations with a focus on product flow to and from the sales floor.
• Provide feedback and support to selected team members based on expertise and experience.
• Monitor store sales and KPI targets, taking ownership to meet or exceed them using available resources.
• Maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Serve as a role model for stockroom operations, ensuring quick and accurate delivery completion while adhering to stock protection procedures.
• Accurately record and manage all inter-store and warehouse inventory movements in a timely manner.
• Ensure adequate supplies for an effective stockroom environment and maintain its organization, including all merchandise.
• Comply with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive commercial success.
• Guide and train selected store team members on basic stockroom processes and behaviors.
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
• Support other team members as needed.
• Complete all applicable training programs and apply learning effectively on the job.
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve performance.

Candidate Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
• Awareness of store sales and KPI targets, with a proactive approach to achieving them.
• Ability to use retail and commercial expertise to maximize sales opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills for stockroom management and inventory control.
• Adherence to operational procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and performance improvement.

This full-time position is based in one of the following cities: Hafar Al Batin, Al Khafji, or Al Jubail, with potential opportunities in Riyadh. The role involves working within a retail store environment, requiring active participation in daily operations and team collaboration.
